How do I keep in touch over the holidays and between meetings?
Join the cutc chat email list! This list helps people keep in touch and plan tramps between meetings or when there are no regular meetings (during the holidays). This is different from the club email sent weekly to all members of the club. Note that you are not automatically added to the CUTC chat list!
How do I join?
First, make sure that your email address in your Internet preferences or settings is set to the address you'd like to recieve list messages at. Then click on of the "Quick Links" above. Alternatively, you can send an email to cutc.chat-request@cutc.org.nz with the word "subscribe" in the subject of the message.
How do I post a message to the list?
To contribute to the list, you have to be subscribed to it first. Secondly, you must send the message from the same email address that you subscribed with. Then it's as simple as sending an email to cutc.chat@cutc.org.nz with your message in the email.
How do I stop receiving messages?
You stop receiving messages by unsubscibing from the list. You can either use the controls page or send an email to cutc.chat-request@cutc.org.nz with the word unsubscribe in the subject of the message. Note that the email address you use to unsubscribe must be the same one you receive the list emails at. (You can usually set this in your email preferences.)
